Honoring God with Our Heart
Often we overlook how much we’ve been forgiven and our devotion to God can become mechanical. Like the Pharisee Simon, we can invite the Savior into our home but fail to treat Him as an honored guest. But when Jesus softly reminds us how much we’ve been forgiven, we have the opportunity to demonstrate from our heart true gratitude for the One who changed our life. Let’s realize His overwhelming love and fall at His feet in humble gratitude.
