The Babe Who Will Not Be Tamed
The world has romanticized Christmas with images of snowy landscapes, horse-drawn sleighs, glowing candles, frosty windows, and even Jesus, Mary, and Joseph looking tranquilly into each other’s faces. Though the world may try to hide Christmas with tinsel and lights, the church must proclaim the real reason why Jesus came, who He came for, and what He accomplished. Yes, Jesus is the tender babe, gentle, and meek, who holds all things together by the power of His word. But He’s also imminently coming again as Judge and King. Let’s not waste the time we have left, but share, love and lead others to Him.
